NSW: Fraud squad detectives to interview Einfield=2
The speeding charge against Mr EINFELD was dismissed in the Downing Centre Local Court
on August 7 after he said he had loaned his car to an old friend .. US-based academic
Professor TERESA BRENNAN .. who had since died.
It later emerged that a Professor TERESA BRENNAN died after a car accident in the United
States in 2003.
Mr EINFELD denied any suggestion of wrongdoing over his evidence and has since said
he had loaned his car to "an old acquaintance".
Police today would not detail the exact date when Mr EINFELD will be interviewed.
